NK Customer Solutions ("NKCS", "we", "us" or "our") uses personal information to respond to business enquiries, manage recruitment, protect this website and, where a visitor agrees, understand website use. We do not sell personal information.
1. Who is responsible for your information
NK Customer Solutions is the organisation responsible for personal information collected through https://www.nkcustomer.com. Our principal business address is Top Bay, Main Street, Annotto Bay, St. Mary, Jamaica.
Privacy requests may be sent to support@nkcustomer.com with the subject line "Privacy request".
2. Information we collect
- Business enquiries
- Name, company, email address, phone number, requested services, industry, team size, channels, coverage hours, volumes, systems, timeline and the information included in your message.
- Job applications
- Name, contact details, address or parish, employment status, experience, education, availability, salary expectations, preferred shifts, referral source, cover letter, resume and any additional documents you choose to provide. More detail appears in our applicant privacy notice.
- Website and security information
- IP address or a protected hash derived from it, browser and device information, server logs, form timing, security-verification results and information needed to investigate errors or attempted abuse.
- Analytics and attribution information
- If you accept optional analytics, we may collect page views, interactions, approximate location, device information, referring website, landing page and campaign parameters. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, resumes or message content to Google Analytics.
- Direct communications
- Information you provide by email, telephone, social media or during a continuing business or recruitment conversation.
3. How we obtain information
We obtain information directly from you, automatically from your browser and device, from referral or campaign links, and from people you authorise to communicate with us. Please do not provide personal information about another person unless you are authorised to do so.
4. Why we use information and our legal reasons
- Responding to business enquiries
- To assess your requirements, prepare a response or proposal, take steps you request before a contract, and manage our legitimate interest in developing business relationships.
- Recruitment
- To assess applications, communicate with candidates, arrange interviews, maintain recruitment records and take steps requested by an applicant before a possible employment relationship.
- Website security and administration
- To operate the website, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose faults, protect our systems and users, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
- Optional analytics
- With your consent, to measure website use and improve navigation, content and enquiry journeys. You may withdraw this consent through Cookie settings at any time.
- Legal and operational records
- To establish or defend legal rights, respond to lawful requests, maintain accurate records and comply with applicable laws.
The legal reason may vary by jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, we will request it before that activity begins.
5. Who receives information
Information may be received by:
- authorised NKCS sales, management, recruitment and technical personnel who need it for their work;
- Supabase, which provides database and private file-storage infrastructure;
- Zoho, which processes transactional and notification email;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser and security signals to protect forms from automated abuse;
- Google Analytics, but only when you accept optional analytics;
- Google Maps when the location map on the contact page is displayed;
- our website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, regulators, courts or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required; and
- another organisation involved in a genuine corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
Enquiries and applications are managed through NKCS's private content-management system. Access is limited by staff roles. Resumes are not published in the website media library.
6. International processing
NKCS operates in Jamaica and uses service providers whose infrastructure or support personnel may be located in other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to use providers and contractual, access-control and security arrangements appropriate to the information and applicable law. You may contact us for more information about a relevant transfer.
7. How long we keep information
- Business enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected to a client relationship, dispute or legal obligation may be kept longer.
- Unsuccessful job applications and uploaded documents are normally retained for up to 12 months, unless the candidate agrees to a longer talent-pool period or a legal reason requires retention.
- Information for a successful applicant may become part of an employee record governed by separate employment retention requirements.
- Detailed Google Analytics user and event information is retained for no more than 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain available for longer.
- Routine security and server logs are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate abuse, a security incident or a legal claim.
- Your analytics preference is retained for up to six months. Cookie and browser-storage durations are listed in our cookie policy.
When a retention period ends, information is deleted, anonymised or securely isolated where immediate deletion is not technically possible.
8. Security
We use role-based administration, private storage for recruitment documents, encrypted connections, randomised uploaded filenames, form verification, file-type and size checks, access restrictions and operational procedures intended to protect personal information. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to ask whether we hold your information and to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where a legal exception applies. To make a request, email support@nkcustomer.com.
10. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can investigate. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Information Commissioner, Jamaica, or to the privacy regulator in your country where applicable.
11. Children
This website is directed to business buyers and people legally eligible to apply for advertised work. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the website.
12. Automated decisions
NKCS does not use website analytics or automated tools to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an enquirer or applicant. Cloudflare Turnstile may automatically assess whether a form interaction appears automated, but recruitment and sales decisions are made by people.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will be published here with a new revision date. Material changes affecting consent will trigger a new choice where appropriate.
