Pricing and scoping
Price the operation you need, not an incomplete headline rate
A useful quote accounts for the work, staffing, coverage, supervision, technology, security, and reporting. NKCS confirms those requirements first so buyers can evaluate the full operating model.

What changes the price
Six inputs that belong in the commercial model
NKCS does not publish a universal per-agent rate because the same headcount can represent very different coverage, management, technology, and risk. The first quote should be understandable, complete, and tied to documented assumptions.
- People and coverage
- Roles, specialist experience, paid hours, shift pattern, time zones, leave coverage, and continuity.
- Channels and workload
- Calls, email, chat, tasks, expected volume, peaks, average handling effort, backlog, and service levels.
- Training and management
- Programme setup, training time, supervision, quality review, coaching, calibration, and account governance.
- Technology
- Client-provided tools, NKCS-managed tools, licences, telephony, recording, integrations, and administration.
- Security and reporting
- Access controls, data-handling requirements, evidence, report design, frequency, recipients, and retention.
- Launch conditions
- Hiring availability, workflow readiness, training materials, access, testing, and the speed required.
Starting small
Can a programme begin with one specialist?
Yes, when the workload, schedule, training, and continuity requirement make a one-person start practical. It can be an effective way to test a defined queue before expanding.
One specialist is not the right design for uninterrupted coverage, heavy peaks, multiple simultaneous channels, or work that cannot pause during leave or absence. NKCS will identify the coverage risk and propose the smallest responsible starting structure.
Launch timing
Can NKCS launch in seven days?
A straightforward programme can launch in as little as seven days when the scope is stable, suitable staff are available, and access, scripts, knowledge resources, training, and testing can be completed on time.
Specialist hiring, complex integrations, extensive security review, or an unfinished workflow will require more time. The proposal should state the target date and every dependency that could move it.
Proposal standard
What you should receive in writing
These items make it easier to compare providers on the same basis.
- Scope of work, exclusions, channels, hours, and service boundaries
- Starting team structure, supervision, coverage, and assumptions
- Launch plan, client dependencies, training, testing, and target date
- Technology, licence, access, integration, and data responsibilities
- Commercial model, one-time costs, recurring costs, and change conditions
- Measures, reporting, governance, escalation, and corrective action
