Why NKCS
Know who owns the work after the contract is signed
NKCS provides a managed operating team. That includes trained specialists, frontline supervision, quality reviews, reporting, and action when results fall below the agreed standard.

A practical pilot
For suitable programmes, start with one specialist for 30 days. The pilot has a written scope, measures, and review point before any longer engagement.
One accountable operating team
NKCS manages recruitment, attendance, frontline supervision, coaching, and day-to-day questions instead of leaving you to manage individual contractors.
Training built from your process
Agents learn your offer, systems, scripts, customer situations, escalation rules, and documentation standards before handling live work.
Quality reviews and corrective action
We review agreed samples, score the behaviours that matter, coach agents, and document action when performance falls below the agreed standard.
Reports you can use
Reports cover the measures agreed for your programme, along with exceptions, customer themes, and actions that require a decision.
Use your systems or an NKCS-managed stack
NKCS can work in your existing tools or help configure an approved operating stack for the programme, including telephony, dialling, CRM, helpdesk, recording, workforce management, and reporting.
A named account owner with founder access
Every programme has a named account owner and reporting contact. Clients can also reach senior leadership, including a founder-level escalation route, when an issue needs executive attention.
What happens when performance is below target
Problems should produce evidence and action, not a vague promise to improve.
- We review the relevant calls, tickets, records, and workflow steps to find the cause.
- The agent receives specific coaching or retraining, with the expected change documented.
- Process, script, access, or staffing issues are assigned to an owner and tracked.
- If performance does not recover, we discuss staffing or workflow changes under the agreed terms.
