How we work

See what must be ready before launch

Reliable delivery needs more than recruited staff. NKCS agrees the workflow, prepares access, trains the team, tests the process, and defines reporting before live work begins.

30-day pilot

Test the operation with a defined starting scope

For suitable programmes, NKCS can propose a one-specialist pilot. The written proposal confirms staffing, hours, tasks, measures, price, and the review date. Continuing after the pilot is a separate decision.

A straightforward, well-documented programme can launch in as little as seven days after scope approval and receipt of the required access and training material. Recruitment, integrations, specialist training, or complex controls may require more time.

  • One trained specialist where coverage and volume allow
  • A clearly defined customer, legal, or operational queue
  • Named supervisor and agreed escalation contacts
  • Quality scorecard and interaction reviews
  • Weekly performance report and operating notes
  • End-of-pilot review with next-step recommendation
  1. 01

    Confirm fit and scope

We review the work type, channels, hours, expected volume, systems, compliance needs, and success measures. You receive a written scope and price.

  2. 02

    Document the workflow

We map call flows, scripts, permissions, escalation rules, dispositions, and reporting requirements with your team.

  3. 03

    Select and train agents

Agents train on your business, customers, systems, and procedures. Knowledge checks, role-play, and practice work confirm readiness.

  4. 04

    Test before launch

We test access, routing, scripts, data capture, and escalation contacts. Any gaps are corrected before live work begins.

  5. 05

    Launch with close supervision

Supervisors monitor early interactions, answer agent questions, review quality, and share issues quickly during the first days.

  6. 06

    Report and improve

You receive agreed performance reports. We review misses, coach agents, adjust workflows, and plan capacity with you.
