Vendor review
Before launch, NKCS documents the systems, access, data handling, escalation, and continuity requirements for the work. The controls must fit the client environment and the information involved.
Two technology models
NKCS can work in client-provided CRM, helpdesk, telephony, case-management, scheduling, and other approved platforms, or help configure an NKCS-managed operating stack for the programme. The proposal identifies who supplies each tool, along with licensing, access, integration, and data-handling responsibilities. Any need to store or transfer information outside approved systems must be agreed separately.
We identify the information involved, the approved systems, the permitted actions, and any restrictions on storage, transfer, recording, or download.
The launch scope records who needs access, which permissions are required, how authentication will work, and how access changes or removal will be handled.
Agents are trained on the approved workflow, client instructions, confidentiality expectations, escalation rules, and the limits of their authority.
The operating plan names day-to-day contacts, urgent escalation routes, reporting responsibilities, and the response expected when service or access is disrupted.
Where NKCS must store or transfer information outside a client system, the method and retention requirement are documented before live work begins.
NKCS only represents certifications, insurance, or other assurances that are current and verifiable. Ask us for the documentation available for your review.
Security and compliance needs vary by workflow. NKCS will not claim a certification or control that cannot be supported. Share your questionnaire, required clauses, data-flow expectations, and evidence list so the fit can be confirmed before a proposal is finalised.
