The operating problem

An established legal-services client needed consistent support across a records-retrieval queue involving courts, medical facilities, government agencies, businesses, and other custodians. Each request required accurate submission, persistent follow-up, clear status tracking, and careful handling of missing information or completed records.

The delivery model

NKCS assigned records-retrieval specialists to submit approved requests, contact custodians, follow up on outstanding items, track request status and turnaround, resolve missing information, update the client's case-management system, and receive, check, and process completed records. The workflow is managed against the client's instructions, systems, and escalation rules.

The operating result

The client gained a dedicated operating team for the repeatable retrieval workflow, including follow-up, exception handling, status updates, and completed-record processing. The engagement remains active. The client name and performance figures are withheld because NKCS does not have permission to publish them.
